We all know how important it is to drink water, but it can be hard to get in that hydration when you’re not the world’s biggest lover of plain water. Sure, you can try those tricks like using fruit to flavor your water or setting reminders on your phone, but you know what’s even easier? Eating your water with these hydrating foods.

Fruit Salad

Fruit is some of the most hydrating food around, so when you whip up a fruit salad, you’re basically drinking a bowl of water. Chop up some watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries, peaches, and oranges to get your maximum hydration on.

Wedge Salad

Another one of the world’s most hydrating foods is iceberg lettuce, which has a water content of 96%. Sprinkle it on your tacos or, even better, eat a whole full wedge of it in a wedge salad with bacon, tomato, and blue cheese dressing. Yum!

Cauliflower

It may not look like it, but cauliflower actually has a water content of 92%. And there are so many different ways you can eat it. Roast it, use it as rice, make a pizza crust with it—the possibilities are endless.
