Is there anything better than treating yourself to a nice slice of cheesecake after a long day? This chocolate cheesecake is everything you need to forget about all that’s been bothering you and making it is really simple. Here’s the recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup of melted butter
- 6 cups of graham crackers
- 3 1/2 cups of cream cheese
- 2 cups of milk chocolate
- 1/2 cups of dark chocolate
- 1/2 cups of white chocolate
- 3/4 cups of powdered sugar
Instructions:
- First, mix the melted butter with graham crackers. This will make the cheesecake crust. Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan and spread it a little bit on the edges.
- Cool the crust in the fridge for an hour.
- Whisk cream cheese and powdered sugar to make the filling.
- Melt milk chocolate and dark chocolate in two pans big enough to add half of the cheesecake filling into each one. After the chocolates have melted on medium heat, add a half of the filling to each pan.
- Take the crust out of the fridge and spread the first chocolate filling on top of it. Chill for an hour.
- Take it out and add another chocolate filling. Chill again.
- Melt the white chocolate and decorate your cheesecake with it. Leave in the fridge until serving.
