Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
- 1 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped raw pecans
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 5 teaspoons baking powder
- 18 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Pour 12 tablespoons of butter onto a baking sheet and melt in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Pour the baking powder, flour, granulated sugar, pumpkins spice, and salt into a large bowl and whisk.
- Combine the cream and pumpkin pie in a measuring cup.
- Form a well in the center of the dry ingredient mixture. Pour the cream mixture into the well.
