Easy Recipe For Tasty Crepes

Crepes are among the most wanted desserts in the world, and it’s no wonder why as their silky texture can be mixed with almost anything sweet into an astonishingly tasty dessert. They are actually pretty easy to prepare, and once you’ll learn how to make them, you simply won’t stop. 

For this simple recipe of tasty crepes, you will need: 

  • 1 cup all- purpose flour  
  • 2 eggs 
  • ½ cup of milk 
  • ½ cup of water 
  • ¼ teaspoon salt and sugar  
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted 

Instructions

Put together the eggs and the flour and whisk them together. While you’re whisking, slowly add in the milk and the water until they are completely mixed together. Then add salt, sugar and butter and continue whisking until you get smooth mixture. The frying pan should be on medium high heat and oiled evenly. Put butter on the griddle, using ¼ cup for a crepe. For the butter to coast the surface equally, tilt the pan with circular motion. Do the same movement when you’ll pour out the mixture. When the crepe is light brown and easy to peel of the pan, turn the crepe and cook the other side. You can serve it with chocolate, honey, biscuits or fruits by desire.
