Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a separate bowl, add and mix cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, pumpkin pie spices, flour, and sugar. Beat cream cheese to make it fluffy in another large bowl.

Now add cheese, eggs, pumpkin puree, sour cream and vanilla extract. Continue beating while adding almond extract, spice mixture, and sugar.

Mix well until a soft and smooth paste is derived. Spoon out the entire mixture to form mini pie crusts.

Bake the crusts in the oven and heat for 30 minutes. After baking, cool the wire racks for 10 minutes. Refrigerate the mixture for 1 and a half hour. Before serving, add whipped cream and a pinch of cinnamon to each mini cheesecake. Serve!
