Natural, healthy, and easy to make. Could this be the best ice cream ever? It only requires two ingredients and they complement each other beautifully. Peanut butter and banana ice cream can be made in a few minutes and you can eat it immediately if you want. Just use frozen bananas and you won’t have to wait for them to freeze.

Different Ways to Do It

Bananas and peanut butter are vegan, dairy-free, and contain plenty of nutrients that are good for you. If you make ice cream with these ingredients, you’ll know you’re eating a healthy dessert that won’t mess up your health in the long run. To make it even more fun, you can put the ice cream in popsicle molds and freeze it like that.

What to Consider

For the smoothest ice cream, use frozen bananas (just peel and freeze them upfront) and creamy peanut butter. The chunky peanut butter will give you a different texture, but that’s really a matter of preference. Your ice cream will taste amazing regardless of your choice. Use the food processor to blend the ingredients together and optionally add a little bit of vanilla. If you make more ice cream than you can eat, keep it in the freezer in a closed container for up to two weeks.
