To start, you’ll need one cucumber. Start by halving this cucumber horizontally into two parts.

The next step is to remove the center of the cucumber, containing the seeds and most watery portion of the vegetable. You can easy do this with a spoon, scraping out the inside part of the cucumber.

Once you’ve scraped out this seedy middle portion, you’re ready to add sandwich ingredient options inside the cucumber. Note: you can actually cut the two pieces in half if you have an especially big cucumber. Later, you can use the other two half pieces to make another sandwich.
