These fun treats combine the tangy zest of key limes with a smooth, creamy filling, all resting on a buttery graham cracker crust. Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 cups sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup key lime juice
- 2 tablespoons lime zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Lime slices, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined 9×9-inch baking pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
