Ingredients
The ingredients you need for the crust are:
6 tablespoons melted butter
9 graham crackers
1/4 c. sugar
For the cheesecake, make sure that you get:
1/4 c. sour cream
2 8-oz. blocks cream cheese
1/2 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
kosher salt
3/4 c. sugar
2 large eggs
food dye in four different colors
Instructions
You should grab a square pan of 8 inches. Set the oven on 325 F degrees.
Use a food blender or processor to blend the crackers. Once you do, combine the crumbs with sugar and butter. This will be the base for your tie-dye cheesecake. Use pressure to place it on the pan.
The next step is the filling. Combine the sour cream, sugar and cream cheese. Beat them and include the vanilla, eggs, and salt. Beat again until you get an even mixture.
Grab four bowls, and split the mixture into them. Add the different colors to each bowl, then mix to achieve the shade that you like.
With a spoon, start topping off the base, using a different color to create a random pattern. Bake the tie-dye cheesecake for 40 minutes. Leave it in the fridge for a few hours.
