TikTok’s obsession with cottage cheese isn’t showing signs of slowing down, but you won’t see us complaining. It resulted in some amazing recipes, including the social media’s new favorite breakfast creation: cottage cheese cinnamon toast.

How to Make Cottage Cheese Cinnamon Toast

To make cottage cheese cinnamon toast, you will first need to make some cinnamon sugar. This is quite easy since it’s just about combining one tablespoon of plain white sugar with ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon and a pinch of flaky salt and mixing them together. 

Next, you will need to give your cottage cheese a spin in a blender to make it smoother. Then, combine ½ cups of whipped cottage cheese with ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract and half of your cinnamon sugar batch. Whisk until combined and spread generously on previously toasted sandwich bread slices.

Sprinkle the remainder of the cinnamon sugar onto the bread and pop it in an air fryer for five minutes at 400F or until the top starts bubbling and gets brown. @graceelkus notes that you can also use a toaster oven or broiler.
