Heat some oil in a pan and then add the jackfruit and season well with coriander, ginger, chili flakes, and black pepper. Add a dash of soy sauce and fry for 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently. In the meantime whip up some slaw and some raita using soya yogurt. Chuck all of this into the taco shells and enjoy.
