Cabbage Roll Casserole Is Your Quick Lunch Fix

Casseroles are the best and fastest solution when you have no idea what to make for lunch. This is a cabbage roll casserole prepared with beef. With the total cooking time clocking in at less than an hour for 6 servings, we truly suggest you get it a try!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 medium head cauliflower, riced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 3/4 medium head cabbage, chopped

Instructions

  • Get a pan and heat the oil. Cook the garlic for a minute on medium heat. Now increase the heat and include the beef.
  • Add pepper and salt to your taste. Cook the meat for 10 minutes.
  • While it’s cooking, set the oven to 350 F degrees. Prepare a glass baking dish with the size of 9×13 inches. Fill it with the chopped cabbage, cauliflower, and Italian seasoning.
  • When the beef is done you can add it in the baking dish as well. Pour the marinara sauce.
  • Leave the dish in the oven for 30 minutes. Take it out and add the mozzarella on top. Bake it for 15 extra minutes. You can now serve the cabbage roll casserole.
