TikTok creator Kat Clark helped put this trend on the map with her viral video that shows her making pasta sauce with beets, feta, plain Greek yogurt, and roasted garlic. She blended these ingredients together, poured them over the pasta, and let them rest for about 10 minutes so the pasta would take on the color of the sauce.

Clark’s recipe for Barbie pasta is only one in the see of pink-infused dishes that put beets front and center.
