A Scoop Of Nice-Cream, Hold The Calories

If life was fair, we would all get to eat all the ice-cream in the world and not gain any weight. But, since it is not, we have to do the next best thing, and find out what is the best alternative.

And, fear not, we have! Nice-cream. You get nice-cream when you freeze some bananas, then blend them with cacao, honey or strawberries, freeze it again, and in few hours you get to enjoy delcious ice-cream without the huge amounts of calories, fats and processed sugars which are usually a part of store-bought ice-cream. 

The other awesome thing about nice-cream is that you can be your own master and go wild when it comes to flavor. When frozen, the bananas more or less get natural flavor, so anything you blend with them will taste awesome, and the texture will be exactly the same as a traditional ice-cream. Oreos, nuts, Greek-yogurt, blueberries, mint, chocolate chips, the list can go on and on and on. 

Nice-cream is not only a healthy alternative to ice-cream, but is also vegan and gluten free. 

What more can we ask for than a vegan, lower-calorie ice cream for breakfast? A second serving for dinner?  Yup, you can do that and still be within your caloric reach.
