Yogurt adds creaminess and a tanginess to everything from appetizers to desserts and here are some great ways to use it in your cooking throughout the day.

Salad Dressing

Instead of buying store-bought dressings that are loaded with ingredients you can’t pronounce, make your own with lemon juice, salt, olive oil, pepper, and yogurt. It’s healthier and tastier than the bottled versions.
