4 Soothing Teas to Try in the Evening

There are so many different types of tea to choose from. Lots of these contain caffeine and are great for getting you going in the mornings. But in the evenings when you’re winding down and preparing for bed, try one of these four teas to help relax you.

Rooibos 

Also known as red bush tea, this smooth and rich-tasting tea has a similar taste to black tea but without the caffeine or tannins. It can be enjoyed with or without milk and helps to relax the body and mind ready for sleep.

This one is fragrant and fresh and is associated with many health benefits. It’s naturally caffeine-free and helps to slow down the body. This is a great choice for a warming evening drink. 

Chamomile

This tea is well-known for helping people get to sleep and is also known for improving sleep quality. Its light sweet taste will refresh and relax you, and help bring on some deep sleep.
