3 Ways to Eat Bananas

Bananas are a staple of so many people’s diets, but they can seem a little boring. Here are three ways to try them in a more exciting way.

Super Simple Banana Milkshake

This is a really easy and healthy way to produce milkshake-like results. Just slice up some bananas and add to a large jug with a cup of your favorite milk. You can also add some cinnamon or nutmeg if you like. Use an immersion blender to blitz this up until the banana has dissolved into the milk. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

With Nut Butter on Toast

This is a simple idea with incredible results. Just top some toast with your choice of nut butter, and then slice some banana to add to this. You can drizzle over some maple syrup for extra decadence if you like, or enjoy as is. 

As a Healthy Popsicle

This is a fun way to get some fruit in. Take a peeled banana and push a popsicle stick into the end. Dip this into some melted chocolate and leave on some baking paper to set. Pop these into the freezer and remove when you want a cold treat.
