Eating right before you go to the gym is not a good idea, but you shouldn’t exercise on an empty stomach either. Eating healthy during the day will give you enough energy for doing an intense workout.

Drink Alcohol

Chances are that you’ll get drunk faster than usual when drinking alcohol on an empty stomach, so it’s best to avoid doing this.

Go To Sleep

Eating late at night is not a healthy eating habit, but you should also avoid going to bed hungry. There are plenty of healthy snacks you can eat if you ever feel hungry before going to bed.

Go Shopping

If you ever go shopping on an empty stomach, chances are that you’ll buy more food than you actually need. Studies have shown that going grocery shopping when you’re hungry is not a good idea because we then tend to spend more money and buy more unhealthy foods than we usually would.
