Have you ever gone back home after a super-long day at work and just felt like the only thing you were able to do is stare, but your stomach felt otherwise? Seriously, how frustrating is that? Well, you’re not alone, and this modest list of quick-prep meals is here to help! Here are three quick meals you can make when you’re feeling extra lazy.
Pasta Pomodoro
All you have to do is pretty much just make sure you always keep an extra jar of your favorite premade tomato sauce at hand, and a package of store-bought pasta, and you’re good to go. If you feel like going the extra mile (which is more like a foot in this case), you can chop a clove of garlic to go into the pan with the sauce. Oh, and add some parmesan cheese on top, obviously.
Muesli
Yes, many people might see muesli as a mere dessert, but its impressive nutritional value totally puts it in the category of an entire meal. Just grab some yogurt from the fridge, pour some nuts and seeds into it, add some honey and sliced fruits, and you have you’re all set.
Omelet and Cream Cheese Sandwich
This one is pretty self-explanatory, isn’t it? Eggs in a pan, bread, and cream cheese. If you have some lettuce, arugula, or fresh tomatoes at hand, they could be a major upgrade to your sandwich! So feel free to give them a good wash and add them in.
