3 Healthy and Filling Breakfasts

    We have all heard the saying that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Well, these 3 quality breakfasts are all packed full of nutrients, under 500 calories and will keep you full till lunch.

    Healthy Omelets

    Fry a quarter of a pepper in olive oil for 3-4 minutes or until softened. Beat eggs and add a good amount of black pepper and parsley. Pour into the pan with cherry tomatoes and cook until it is has firmed up slightly. While the middle is still soft, add spinach and chives and fold omelets in half. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.

    One Pan All-Day Breakfast

    Heat oil in a large frying pan and brown two sausages for 2-3 minutes. After setting sausages aside, add spring onions, onions and garlic for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add tomatoes, baked beans and sausages and simmer for 20 minutes. Break 4 eggs into the pan and cover to steam. When the whites are cooked, season with paprika and sprinkle on feta.

    Tuscan Beans

    Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add red onion and garlic over a medium heat for 5 minutes. Then add haricot beans, tomatoes and rosemary. Season with pepper and salt. Toast sourdough, drizzle with olive oil, rub with garlic and serve beans on top for a delicious start to the day.
