Deli Meats

Deli meats are not a good food choice, although they can be delicious. They contain a lot of sodium nitrate, even the low-fat types. They can increase internal inflammation and affect your heart health by narrowing the arteries.

Hot Dogs

Hot dogs are pretty much the same. They are heavily processed and full of salt and saturated fats. Too much salt isn’t good because it affects the blood pressure and can harm the heart in the long run. Eating a lot of saturated fats can increase the “bad” type of cholesterol.

Cereal

If you’re looking for a healthy breakfast option, store-bought cereal is not it. No matter which brand you choose, you will either eat too much sugar or too much saturated fats, or both of those things. It’s much better to go with natural grains like oats, homemade granola, and similar choices.
