Ingredients

To prepare the fireball pumpkin pie you will need 1 can pumpkin puree 30oz, 2 frozen pie crusts 9”, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1 teaspoon ground ginger, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon ground cloves, 4 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 6 oz Fireball whiskey. Even if you are not a huge fan of whiskey, you will be obsessed with this pie recipe.

Instructions

Winter is the best season to opt for a delicious pumpkin pie, especially while it’s hot. First, prepare the crust according to the instructions on the box. Bake them in the oven until they get a golden color. After around 15 minutes remove the crusts from the oven and let them cool.

The second step includes is all about the filling. You can actually start that while the crusts are still baking. Get a bowl and start whisking the eggs in it. Add the salt, milk, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, pumpkin puree, and whiskey. Mix everything together well. Put the mixture in the baked pie crusts.

Put the crusts in the oven and bake them at 425F degrees. Bake for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 350F. After 40-50 minutes you can check if they are done with a toothpick.
