Ingredients:
- 2 pounds flour
- ¾ cups sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups milk
- 8 tablespoons oil
- 8 eggs
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons jam
Instructions:
- Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add in the milk, oil, and eggs, and whisk until a thick batter forms.
- Pour the batter into a baking tray and swirl through the peanut butter and jam.
- Bake the batter in a 320°F oven for 15 minutes.
