Mayo Roasted Potatoes

The mayonnaise trick originates from TikTok, where it was shared by chef and social media influencer Eitan Bernath. According to him, it results in roasted potatoes that are crunchy on the outside but soft and pillowy on the inside, which is the perfect combo if you ask us.

To recreate his recipe, you need a bowl of unskinned baby potatoes that have been previously washed. Add a generous amount of mayonnaise and massage it into the potatoes. Then add paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix well.

Next, line the mayo potatoes on a baking sheet and pop them in an oven for about 20 to 25 minutes. The result will probably be the best batch of roasted potatoes that you had in a while.
