For many of us, cheese is among the top 3 most favorite foods. But not all sorts of cheese are good for your health, and they may ruin your diet. But then there are some sorts which have so many health benefits as well. So we’re going to help you to choose a sort of cheese that is good for you.

These are the good cheeses:

Muenster

This cheese is especially good for people who have problems with lactose intolerance. This particular cheese has one of the lowest lactose levels of all cheeses, with the range varying between 0 and 1.1 pecent (milk has between 3.7 and 4.8 percent).

Quark

Quark is a soft cheese which originates from Germany. It’s really soft and has a texture similar to Greek yogurt and it’s even stored in similar containers. This cheese is incredibly high in protein and it tastes better than Greek yogurt.

Queso fresco

Queso fresco is really present in Mexican cuisine, but it has some downsides. Queso fresco in particular is linked to a series of food poisoning because there are great chances that it’s contaminated with listeria.

Mascarpone

With big price of this cheese comes even bigger amount of fat. This fat makes it delicious, but also really unhealthy.
