Try This Delicious Toast Topping for an Easy Lunch

If you ever feel stuck when it comes to deciding what to have for lunch, look no further than this simple yet delicious recipe. Packed full of healthy fats and protein, this will keep you full until dinner time.

Ingredients (to serve 2):

  • 1 tin of tuna in olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of capers
  • 1 teaspoon of chilli sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 2 handfuls of green salad leaves
  • Slices of bread, to toast

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the tuna, capers, black pepper, chili sauce, and mayonnaise together.
  2. Toast the bread, and then top with the tuna mix and some of the salad leaves.
