How to Make Buffalo Chicken Eggrolls
In a video posted on her profile, which was watched 5.5 million times, Symone shared step-by-step instructions on how to make buffalo chicken eggrolls. Some internet users find the process slightly complicated, but the effort is well worth it, considering the results.
Symone starts by shredding a rotisserie chicken and adding it to a pan on low heat, along with some hot sauce and cream cheese. After mixing it all together, the TikToker adds ranch sauce and seasoning and lets the mixture simmer for five minutes.
Next, Symone mixes in some cheddar cheese and scallions before turning down the heat and letting it cool off.
After the chicken mixture cools off, she then places it on an eggroll sheet alongside some cheddar cheese before wrapping it tightly. Eggrolls are then fried in hot oil for three to five minutes before being served alongside some dipping sauce.
