Ingredients (to serve 4):
- 2 tablespoons of a neutral oil, such as rapeseed or sunflower
- 4 tablespoons of tahini
- 1/3 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of caster sugar
- Juice of a quarter of a lemon
Instructions:
- Dissolve the sugar in the lemon juice by stirring it in vigorously.
- Add the salt to the lemon juice and stir well.
