The Easiest Yogurt Parfait Made in Less Than 5 Minutes

You’ve got creamy, crunchy, and sweet all in one jar. Yes, we’re talking about yogurt parfaits. It’s the perfect breakfast or mid-day snack because it’s loaded with protein and probiotics! This is the easiest and yummiest yogurt parfait that you can make in less than 5 minutes. Make sure you have air-tight jars to store the parfaits in.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup granola
  • Assorted seasonal fruit
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Combine your greek yogurt, chia seeds, and honey into a jar and mix together. Leave to the side while you prepare the next step. Over time, the chia seeds will grow and form a thicker consistency with the yogurt.
  2. Dice the fruit of your choice. We recommend choosing in-season fruit to get the best flavors and provide variety. Some of the best fruits for parfaits are apples, oranges, figs, berries, and so much more!
  3. Add fruit on top of your yogurt mixture. Do not mix. You want to create layers to prevent things from getting mushy if you meal-prep these days in advance. 
  4. Top the fruit with your favorite granola and it’s really that simple. Seal with a lid and store in the fridge until you are ready to eat!
