]]>Melt Bar & Grilled is a local chain of grilled cheese restaurants that can be found in Cleveland and in the rest of the region of Northeastern Ohio. It’s renowned nationwide for the craftsmanship and the creativity that they put into making grilled cheeses.
Local musician Matt Fish opened up Melt in March 2006, looking to combine two of his passions, grilled cheese and craft beer, and spread great, locally-sourced food to the community. And boy, did he ever.
Now, Melt has more than ten different locations and can be enjoyed even at Cleveland’s sports stadiums. So, why is it so popular?

Diners as the Snowman World Ice Restaurant can enjoy a tasting menu that features some of the area’s best and most authentic products while dining in one of the most unique atmospheres on the planet, an unforgettable experience.
They offer a choice of three tasting menus for dinner service at a price of either 99/119 euros, depending on the day of the week, called the “Wild Lapland,” “Arctic Sea,” and “Nordic Nature” menus. Included are dishes such as grilled salmon, reindeer fillet, and Arctic King Crab soup that feature the best of the area.
