]]>With over a million followers across several social media platforms, including almost 800,000 on YouTube alone, Rose is one of the most popular vegan content creators in the world. She even runs her own Korean vegan restaurant SaVeg Café in Calgary, Canada, but how exactly did she find such an enormous success?
Rose describes herself as an ordinary girl born in South Korea and raised in the beautiful country of Canada. She started her blog in 2015 while living in London, UK, with the intention to share her own thoughts and beliefs about veganism with the world.
Rose’s main priority was to share some easy and affordable vegan meal ideas with people interested in plant-based lifestyles, in the hope she’ll be able to show them that vegan food can be cheap and delicious – and she definitely succeeded!
“I would like to leave my mark on this floating rock that we call Earth by showing my fellow humans that being a vegan is not difficult OR expensive, and that it’s just a simple change in mindset and lifestyle,” she explains on her official website.

]]>This food blog was started by Berlin-based amateur cooks Isa and Julia, who met in 2016 and bonded over their shared love for food. After that point, they often ate together, started searching for the best vegan burgers in Berlin, before developing their own recipes.
“We’re vegan and love seitan steaks as much as lentil bolognese or ‘egg’ salad… For us, there’s nothing better and sitting around a table with dearest people, eating lasagna knowing, that a cheesecake is waiting in the oven,” explains the duo on their official website.
Isa and Julia share their recipes in both German and English, and their main priority is to develop dishes with a short list of ingredients and a simple preparation process. This way, they’re proving that a plant-based diet isn’t that difficult to embrace and that you don’t have to change too much if you want to go vegan.
The list of comforting recipes on their blog is pretty much endless, and you should start your culinary journey with these ones.
