Teas are a really good addition to traditional medicine when soothing a sore throat—not just because of the warm liquid but also because some blends can actually help you to fight off illness. Here are some teas that will help you this winter to make you feel better.
Turmeric Tea
Turmeric has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties which can help to relieve a sore throat. You can add ground turmeric to boiling water and strain it to create your own, or even add a lemon for some more flavor.
