Roasted food seems to be the most delicious, and these tips will be very useful when it comes to roasting vegetables. These easy recipes will let your oven do all the work, and that is why you will love them.

Corn

The first rule for oven-roasted corn is to do nothing to your corn. Don’t peel it off, and don’t remove the silky fibers, just take it as it is, and place it on the grate in the oven. Roast for about 20-30 minutes before serving it.

Garlic

The best way to get soft and sweet garlic is to roast it slowly, in a low oven, for about an hour. Cut ¼ inch off the top, cut the garlic side up, drizzle it with oil, and sprinkle with salt. Place it on a square of aluminum foil,  and gather foil around the garlic, with two or three heads together.

Mushrooms

If you want your mushrooms to be juicy, the best way is to roast them—since they shrink a lot when they are cooked. No matter if you pick smaller or bigger ones, just remove stems, because roasting makes them tough. Toss with oil and salt and roast them for 25-30 minutes.
