Most people were taught as children that they should clear their plate, even if they’re not hungry. This habit can be really harmful because it leads to overeating, so it’s always best to control your portions and eat only until you’re full.

You Should Resist Cravings

Food cravings can sometimes be signals that our body needs certain nutrients, so it’s not always wise to ignore them. Obviously, controlling our cravings and cutting back on junk and sugary food is important, but we should not completely ignore our cravings.
