When there’s any recipe that involves just one bowl, it is sure to be something good. Less mess means less clean up which means eating faster. This one-bowl double chocolate chip cookie recipe is so easy and delectable, it will absolutely become your go-to cookie recipe.
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180C or about 355F.
- In a large bowl, crack 2 eggs and scramble. Combine that with 150g of brown sugar and whisk well.
- Then, melt 100g of whatever kind of chocolate you like as well as 100g of unsalted butter. Add both of these ingredients to the egg and sugar combination, along with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix well until incorporated.
- To that, add in 125g of all-purpose flour, as well as 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/2 a teaspoon of salt. Mix that well until you cannot see the flour any longer.
- Fold into the dough 100g of dark chocolate chips as well as 100g of white chocolate chips.
- At this point, the dough will still be pretty loose, so put it in the fridge for 30 minutes to chill and solidify a bit more before baking.
- Then, bake for about 12 minutes and allow them to cool on a cooling rack. Enjoy!
