Worcestershire sauce has earned itself a reputation of being near-impossible to pronounce (its woo-ster-sher). Sadly, that has taken away from how delicious and versatile the salty, sweet, tangy condiment actually is. A staple in Britain, Worcestershire sauce isn’t readily available in all parts of the globe, but that doesn’t mean your tastebuds should suffer. This hack uses ingredients in your pantry to recreate the classic sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 dash hot sauce (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Mix ingredients together. Fish sauce can also be added if desired.
  2. Taste and add more ingredients accordingly.
