Delicious Indian Fried Eggs With Chili, Onions And Cumin

We all love scrambled eggs and there are many amazing ways to prepare them. This time we give you a simple yet mouthwatering recipe for Indian-style eggs! 

You’ll need: 

  • 3 eggs 
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil 
  • 2 green chilies (chopped) 
  • 1 medium-sized onion (chopped) 
  • 2 medium-sized potatoes (peeled and diced) 
  • ¼ tablespoon black pepper powder 
  • Salt according to taste  
  • ½ tablespoon cumin seeds 

Instructions 

1. When the oil is hot, add onions and chilies. Next, fry them on a medium heat for 10-12 minutes until they change the color and become soft. Depending on your taste, add salt while frying. Add the potatoes and fry them for five more minutes. You should then add two tablespoons of water. 

2. Add the pepper and the cumin and fry them for another 3-4 minutes so that the potatoes can get cooked. Split the mixture in three, then break eggs into the spaces between each part. Cook the mix for 2-3 minutes on low temperature and add seasoning to taste. You can use coriander as a garnish and add cumin and pepper on top of it. Serve with bread rolls or parathas.
