Chocolate Nice Cream is a Zero-Guilt, Tasty Dessert

If you’re craving chocolate ice cream, but still looking to stay away from added sugars and dairy, you have to try chocolate nice cream. Nice cream is made with blended frozen fruits to get the creamy texture of ice cream and this one combines bananas, cocoa, vanilla, and almond milk. You have to try it!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups sliced bananas, frozen
  • 1/4 cup cocoa

Instructions:

  1. Start by thinly slicing the bananas and spreading them onto a parchment-lined sheet pan, freezing them until they’re solid. Transfer them to a zip-lock bag until you’re ready to make the nice cream.
  2. In a high-powered blender, place almond milk and vanilla and then add the bananas and cocoa.
  3. Blend and make sure the bananas get into the blades.
  4. When the mixture smooth, serve. What you don’t eat can be transferred to a storage tub and can be frozen for up to two days.
