If you’ve ever made a cheesecake before, chances are high that cream cheese was your cheese of choice. But just because that is the traditional option, it doesn’t mean cream cheese is the only option that tastes good in this tea-time treat. Brie is deliciously gooey on its own, so you can only imagine how creamy it becomes in cheesecake form!

Ingredients:

  • 400 ounces Brie cheese (room temperature)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup cake flour
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 480F and line a round baking tin with parchment paper.
  2. Place the Brie in a bowl, along with the flour and sugar, and whisk using an electric beater.
  3. Add the cream, eggs, and vanilla. Continue to whisk. The batter should be thick and creamy, but still pourable.
  4. Pour the mixture into the baking tin and bake for 45 minutes.
