Crispy Tofu Fingers

It’s our go-to lunch meal, and it’s super easy to prepare. All you need is to cut up tofu into fingers and coat them with batter made of flour, salt, and water. Then dip those into breadcrumbs and fry them up. These tofu fingers go with anything such as rice or vegetables, and you can eat them on their own too.

Pan-Seared Tofu With Salt & Pepper

Okay, this one is easy too, but darn it’s good! Take your tofu pieces and slice them into thin strips (make sure they’re thick enough without tearing them apart). In a bowl, mix salt and pepper. Spread the slices on a plate and sprinkle on both sides the salt & pepper mixture. Then use a non-stick pan, add a tad of oil, and cook each side until golden. You will thank us for this!

Marinated Tofu In A Salad

Our last idea is the simplest of them all. Cut your tofu into cubes and place them inside a plastic bag. Choose any sauce you want, whether it be spicy chili, soy, BBQ, mustard, and maple syrup. Leave the bag in the fridge overnight. For your lunch, add your marinated tofu to any salad and bon appetit!
