While you may do it for the good of other creatures, going vegan will actually benefit your own health and well-being to the extreme. It’ll help you lose excess weight and maintain a healthy weight. It will make it easier to get in certain nutrients. And it will lower your blood sugar, improve your kidney function, and protect you against disease. Not too shabby, huh?
