With fall upon us, there’s a pretty good chance you’ve got a pumpkin laying around. Whether you’re planning on making a pumpkin pie or you just enjoy them as a decoration, be sure to save the seeds! Pumpkin seeds are a super nutritious part of the plant that can be used in so many ways. They’re high in magnesium and vitamin K along with many other nutrients. Throw Them in a Salad
