This Healthy Pizza Dough Uses Just Two Ingredients!

Without good pizza dough, you can’t have a good pizza. That is a fact. However, that still doesn’t mean you need to complicate things when it comes to preparing it.

As it turns out, you can make pizza dough using just two ingredients. And it is a healthier and vegan-friendly version that will change your pizza game forever. Of course, it’s up to you to top the said dough with unhealthy or healthy toppings. Check out this recipe.


  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 2 cups oat flour


  1. The first thing you do is to point some holes in a couple of sweet potatoes and then bake them in an oven or a microwave. If you are using an oven, wrap them in foil and bake them for half an hour at 400 F. The microwave method takes five minutes, but you need to flip them halfway through.
  2. After your baked sweet potatoes have cooled off, remove the skin, mash them and combine with two cups of oat flour. Mix using your hands until you get a dough-like consistency. You can also add some spices to mix.
  3. When you get the dough ready, divide it into dough balls and use them to shape the pizza base.
  4. Bake the base for 15 minutes at 400 F.
  5. Take it out and add toppings before popping it back in the oven for another 15 minutes.
