Ingredients
- 1 can of artichoke hearts
- 1 package of thawed frozen spinach
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 2.5 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
Instructions
Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F.
Next, chop up the thawed spinach and artichoke hearts into small pieces. Add to a large bowl.
Next, add the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, all but 1/4 cup of the white cheddar cheese, and garlic powder to the bowl. Stir well and transfer to a baking dish.
Once the mix is in the baking dish, use the remaining quarter cup of white cheddar to sprinkle on top of the dip. This will give a cheesy, crisp top layer to your dip.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the top cheese layer starts to become golden brown.
Serve warm, and enjoy with any dipping option that you prefer.
Happy munching!
