This 2 Ingredient Dough Can Be Used For Pizza, Donuts, Bagels & More

Cooking hacks have been super popular since the pandemic started and people have been spending more time experimenting in the kitchen. This two-ingredient dough can be turned into pizza, donuts, bagels, flatbread, pretzels, and cinnamon rolls! It uses a 1-1 ration, which makes it super easy to multiply and to make as many portions as you wish. Just add a couple of extra ingredients like cinnamon brown sugar for the donuts and herbs and spices for the pizza, flatbread, bagels, and pretzels. Here’s how to make it.

TWO-INGREDIENT Bagels! Same recipe, new view 🌴🤩. I’ve been making these Skinny Taste bagels forever and I was surprised how many of you haven’t tried them yet! They are SO good and just 3 WW points each 🤯. I got so many messages from last night’s story so I thought I’d share the simple recipe right here. I did not create this recipe, but have been making them for almost two years! They freeze well, so make a bunch and save them. Before I share the recipe, I’m going to answer a few FAQs that I know I’ll get: 💁🏻‍♀️Yes you can make these gluten-free. Use GF flour and add 1.5 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp of salt 🙅🏻‍♀️No you cannot use almond flour and I don’t know how to make a lower carb version! Sorry! If you do, share in the comments 💁🏻‍♀️Yes they taste like normal, delicious, chewy bagels 🙅🏻‍♀️No, you can’t taste the yogurt (or at least I can’t) haha Ok, here is the recipe: 1️⃣Mix one self-rising flour with one cup non-fat Greek yogurt. Kneed together. If it’s a little sticky, add in a little more flour. 2️⃣Separate into 4 equal parts and roll into a log and join ends together. 3️⃣Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. If you want to make the Everything Bagel variety, put egg wash on top and dust with Trader Joe’s Everything but the Bagel Seasoning 4️⃣Bake at 350 for 23 minutes and then broil for 2 minutes to make golden brown! That’s it! Now go ahead and tag everyone you know in the comments because these are a GAME CHANGER 🧚🏻‍♀️

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  1. Stir together the flour and yogurt in a large bowl until it combines. The dough should be sticky and crumbly.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, form the dough into balls and kneed for 3 to 5 minutes, until the dough isn’t sticky and is smooth and elastic.
