When it comes to brunch, bagels are the perfect food. The ring-shaped bread allows for a variety of toppings, meaning you can satisfy whatever craving you’re experiencing. While bagels are often bought, they’re actually pretty easy to make, meaning you’ll never have to wait for daybreak to bite into one!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¼ cups self-raising flour
  • 1 cup thick yogurt
  • Melted butter or olive oil
  • Bagel seasoning or seasoning of your choice

Instructions:

  1. Combine 1 cup of flour with the yogurt and mix until a dough forms. Be careful not to overmix as this will leave the dough dense. If the dough is too sticky, add a couple more tablespoons of flour.
  2. Roll the dough into a log on a lightly floured surface and then form into rings, pinching the ends together.
  3. Brush on melted butter or olive oil and sprinkle generously with Everything Bagel seasoning.
  4. Air-fry at 350° for about 10-12 minutes. Let cool before slicing.
