Making dinner every night can get expensive, but it doesn’t have to be. Whether you’re just lazy or on a budget, these three dishes are so quick and easy to make that you’ll be surprised at how well you can cook.

Chicken Breast With Legumes

This meal may seem boring, but it is incredibly healthy and super quick to prepare. The chicken breast can either be fried in the frying pan, in the air fryer, or even in the oven if you want a healthier option. Additionally, you can add any legumes of your choice-quinoa, lentils, rice, and more. For a sauce, add some tahini or lemon juice.

Soup

One of the most budget-friendly dishes out there is soup-yes, it can be fancy if you want- but you can use any vegetable you have lying around. There is no limit to what you can put in. The essential ingredients are onion, garlic, vegetable or chicken stock, veggies, and water. Place all ingredients in a large saucepan and simmer for 45 minutes to an hour. A slice of bread is recommended.

Mini Pizza

Our mini pizzas are perfect if you are craving a cheesy slice, but making pizza from scratch is time-consuming. Pita bread, tomato sauce, your favorite pizza topping, and an oven are all you need. It’s as simple as that.
