Simple and Delicious Cheese and Avocado Spread

Want to shake up your breakfast routine and go beyond avocado on toast? Well, what about cheese and avocado spread that is perfect on bread, toast, bagels, crackers, and almost everything else?

This spread is painfully simple to make, needs ingredients that you probably already have at home, and you will not be able to get enough of it. It works best for breakfast, but nothing stops you from adding it to your snacks anytime you want. Check out the recipe below.

Ingredients:

  • 1 fresh and ripe avocado
  • ½ cups Feta cheese
  • Handful of almonds
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive juice
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Next, scoop the flesh with a spoon and cut it into pieces.
  2. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of lemon juice over the avocado pieces to stop them from changing color.
  3. Add avocado, Feta cheese, almonds, and olive oil to a blender. Blend until all the ingredients are combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and a pinch of black pepper. Give it a good whisk.
  5. Place in the fridge for about an hour.
  6. Dig in!
