Ingredients:

  • Rhubarb Gin, 40ml
  • Half and half (cream and milk), 75ml
  • Egg white, 1
  • Some nutmeg and clove
  • Simple Syrup, 15ml
  • Cinnamon for decoration

Instructions:

  1. Finely grate nutmeg and clove. Put in the fridge for three hours or more, but make sure to use up within two days.
  2. Put everything except cinnamon in a shaker and shake well.
  3. Strain into a glass and decorate with cinnamon.
