Who doesn’t love pancakes? They are great for breakfast or dinner, kids like them, and there are so many different versions to make. Everyone has a favorite recipe but trying new ones can be exciting, especially when they are this good. Martha Stewart recently shared how she makes them on Instagram and it’s a must-try!

The Perfect Recipe

In the post caption, Stewart shared the recipe she uses to make these delicious blueberry pancakes. She serves them with butter and syrup and it’s not difficult to imagine how they taste. They look fluffy and golden yellow, which is a good sign! Find the recipe in her Instagram post.

How to Make Them

In order to make Martha Stewart’s pancakes, you need flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, buttermilk, eggs, butter, vanilla, and soda water (the amounts are listed in the post). Mix the dry ingredients together before adding wet ingredients, and don’t overmix the batter. Mix it only until the ingredients form a smooth consistency, and then leave it alone.

Cook the pancakes on the 375-degree griddle and add a few blueberries into each pancake before you flip it. Besides butter and syrup, you can serve them with fruit, cream, or any other topping you like.
